This was my first time at The Wellness Center.
I have had many massages over the years. The massage I had was very therapeutic and extremely helpful for my bout of sciatica. My terrible pain was gone.
It may be a different massage than you are used to but I will never be happy anywhere else. Amazing.


Lu is amazing. She gives a deep tissue massage like no other. I have been going to see Lu over 7 years and I always leave feeling better. She uses Hot rocks and walking on your back methods. Her massages cure my stress and back pain. I would highly recommend her.


**UPDATE** went back to Tai Kang Spa to see Lu again, but this time had her do a 90 min massage - her skills & wide variety of techniques made this massage one of the best Ive ever had!! Lu did a phenomenal job getting all the knots & tension out of my body using hot stones, cupping, Ashiatsu, & an eastern medicine heating pad Lu massaged & stretched every ounce of tightness out of me!! theres no other place you can find or get all of those treatments / techniques performed during one massage!! if youre debating or just looking for a new place to get massage therapy done think no more & go right to Tai Kang Spa to Lu!! you WILL NOT REGRET it!! Affordable & will be leaving relaxed & ready to schedule another massage appointment with Lu!!

after starting my new job this week, standing on my feet for 10+ hours a day, was in dire need of a reflexology appointment after googling, found Tai Kang Spa, made an appointment for 30 minutes & was completely blown away with my session with Lu! A REAL deep tissue massage! I was not sure about this place because I have been many places that claim "deep tissue". I am a difficult person to give a massage to, as my knots and tight muscles are very deep. Lu did such an amazing job that I even asked to extend my time, which she happily did. I feel great now and very relaxed. Can't wait to go back there soon for another. Thanks Lu!
